On 26 February 2009 the Prime Minister the Hon. Kevin Rudd MP made his first annual statement to Parliament on the Australian Government's Closing the Gap strategy.
That statement was supported by a booklet outlining the whole of government approaches to Closing the Gap, as well as detailing National Partnerships and engagement with corporate Australia.
