4. Next Steps

This discussion paper builds on the report of the Working Group and discusses a number of options intended to ensure that the benefits accruing to Indigenous peoples under native title agreements contribute to addressing the economic and social disadvantage facing the Indigenous community and are delivered to current and future generations. Its purpose is to generate ideas, stimulate discussion and seek your input on the way forward. You may wish to consider the questions above when providing your comments. Please provide comments by Friday 13 February 2009
