This mid-term report (July 2002) is on the progress of the Centrepay National Centrepay National No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) Pilot Project. The pilot commenced in November 2001 to trial the waiving of Centrepay transaction fees for registered NILS organisations receiving loan repayments from Centrelink customers. The report outlines achievements against the proposed outcomes of the pilot. The majority of outcomes have so far been met.
