The Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia conducted this project in Perth, Western Australia, from June 2002 to September 2003. The project aimed to increase 16 to 21 year old independent young people's access and retention of private rental properties by providing training about many aspects of living in and finding private rental accommodation.
