This report, using SAAP National Data Collection data, explores the patterns of use of SAAP by people who obtained public housing during SAAP support.

This report explores the patterns of use of the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program (SAAP) by people who obtained public housing during SAAP support. This analysis seeks to identify the circumstances and service use patterns of people who were vulnerable to reuse of homeless services after obtaining public housing. More generally, this report documents the extent of SAAP service use by public housing tenants.
