National Evaluation of the Supported Accommodation Assistance Program [SAAP IV]

2004

SAAP is an Australian Government/State and Territory Government-funded program providing crisis and transitional support and accommodation services to homeless people and those at risk of homelessness to help them achieve self-reliance.

This evaluation has analysed the program's performance nationally since 2000 and provides advice on options for its future. The evaluation was undertaken by an independent consultancy team, Erebus Consulting Partners.

Community and Disability Services' Ministers (CDSMC) agreed to the release of the report in late July 2004.
