This report covers the financial year 2004-05. As this is the final year of SAAP IV, the report is also presented as an 'end of program' report with significantly more focus on the achievements of SAAP IV as a whole than previous performance reports.
Other differences include a revised chapter structure and inclusion on brief overviews of State and Territory bilateral reporting for the whole of SAAP IV rather than the inclusion of State and Territory Bilateral Reports for 2004-05.
