This Report quantifies, in economic terms, the value of ‘goods and services’ provided by positive family functioning (PFF) and reports on a cost benefit analysis (CBA) to establish the returns to government and society for investments made in supporting family functioning (FF). This report follows a scoping study, to establish the methodology for the project.
