Good Practices and Pitfalls in Community-Based Capacity Building and Early Intervention Projects: a toolkit

The toolkit has been designed to assist community groups and organisations, and their members and staff. It provides a basic guide to effective project planning, application for funding, implementation, management and maintenance.

The kit is based on 20 projects funded under the Stronger Families and Communities Strategy (2000-2004).
