The SFCS (Stronger Families and Communities Strategy) 2004-2008 National Evaluation Framework was developed in 2004 as a basis for the evaluation of Communities for Children (CfC), Invest to Grow (ItG) and Local Answers (LA).
It is now outdated but may be relevant for some readers of the evaluation reports.
