1. Please advise the definition of 'site', 'location' and 'site area' for the purposes of providing the service in Pt Augusta and Pt Lincoln i.e. is the service provided to the town/city area only or surrounding postcodes as well?
The 'site' and 'site area' and 'locations' includes the advertised site i.e. Port Augusta and the local surrounding area.
For example there is an Indigenous community just outside Port Augusta and we would expect to be serviced.
2. The Application form requests the following information at Section 4, question 16:
'An income and expense budget for your Organisation, for the financial year for which funding is sought, for the whole organisation. (Excluding the funding being applied for in this Application)'.
If the above document is not available until after the application closing date what alternative documents can be supplied to meet the Financial Viability and Governance requirements?
These documents should be lodged with the application. If they cannot be lodged and you can provide us with the details of the exceptional circumstances (as per the Application Guidelines 4.2 Late Applications) that means the deadline of their provision could not be met, together with a time when the documents will be available. We will then consider the response and make a decision to accept or not accept the application.
