Standard 8: overall considerations
As Standard 8: Service management is about the overall management systems of the service, it connects all of the other Disability Services Standards. In this toolkit, the discussion of Standard 8 has been divided into seven different subject areas:
In each of these areas you will find a checklist and discussion of overall considerations, case studies and tools.
While these are important areas to consider under Standard 8, they are not necessarily exhaustive, and you will also need to refer also to the key performance indications (KPIs) and Evidence Guidelines for this Standard.
