Complaints about certification decisions or processes can be followed up through the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) on JAS-ANZ (www.jas-anz.com.au).

Complaints from service users


Service users who are not satisfied with the response from their disability employment assistance service can contact the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service (CRRS) on:

Reporting claims of abuse and neglect


The Australian National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline is the single contact point for anyone to report claims of abuse and neglect of people with disabilities using government-funded services. They can be contacted on the same numbers as for the CRRS above, or at Disablity Hotline (www.disabilityhotline.org).
