Submissions

The Government welcomes submissions from all people and organisations that have an interest in the proposals to ensure all issues are identified and proposed solutions are considered.

Please use the attached submission form DOC [2MB] / PDF [653kB] if you would like to respond to these proposals. Additional copies can be downloaded from the FaHCSIA website at www.fahcsia.gov.au.

• to register for an information session – please advise of any support needs you have that will help you participate in the consultation
• a hard copy of this paper and the submission form
• to know more about how and where to make a submission
• an alternative way of providing your information
