Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based Occupational Therapist Initial Assessment/Evaluation: (2x 60 minute sessions) • Part 1: 60 min observation/evaluation involving caregiver/s, child, and therapist • Part 2: 40min feedback/training involving caregiver/s and therapist, followed by 20 minute collaborative initial goal development • Typed summary report $390 / Session
Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based Occupational Therapist Individual Therapy Session (60mins) • 50 min session involving caregiver/s, child and therapist. A large focus of these sessions involves coaching the caregiver/s whilst working with their child to address their goals. • 10 minutes for caregiver/s final questions, review of weekly goals, transition, and billing. $140 / Session
Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based Occupational Therapist Peer/Group/Sibling Therapy Session (60mins) • 50min session involving children and therapist. • 10min for caregiver/s feedback on session, final questions, transition, and billing. $140/ per child & sibling per session $95 per child when paired with children from the clinic
Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based Occupational Therapist Review and Caregiver/s Training Session (60mins) • Mandatory at every 10th session, with option of more frequently if required. • 40min review with caregiver/s and therapist, covering: • Child’s progress – including video review of child in the clinic and/or home. • Discussion of relevant observations and strategies. • Answering caregiver/s questions about the service, intervention, transition/school support, and other support (e.g. toileting). • 15min review of current goals, with establishment of future session goals. • 5min final questions and billing. $140 / Session
Family-based Speech Pathologist; Occupational Therapist Day Care / Preschool / Kindergarten / School Visit (60mins) • 30 minute observation of child in the setting involving therapist, teacher, child and other relevant people.• 30 minute discussion/feedback involving therapist, teacher and other relevant people. (To be advised upon contacting Let's Play Developmental Therapy) TBA / Session
Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based Occupational Therapist Exit Report • Typed summary report of child’s progress during intervention and any recommendations. $90 $90 / Session
