Family-based SEIP - Home Based and Outreach Speech Pathologist; Occupational Therapist; Child/Special Educator 6 Month / 10 Session Block. To provide a team for family to access support the family in their home setting and / or E.C Setting/school. Format - initial assessment (if needed) - 1 programming, planning, evaluation session (IFSP, IEP) and 8 sessions providing family centred intervention program. This outreach program provides a service on a fortnightly basis with the families being able to access a multidisciplinary team according to child's individualised program. Professionals are available according to the child’s need. After initial consultation with the 3 person team you can access services according to your child’s individual needs. One Professional $240 / Session
6 Month / 10 Session Block. To provide a team for family to access support the family in their home setting and / or E.C Setting/school. Three Professionals $720 / Session
Family-based SEIP - Home Based and Outreach Speech Pathologist; Occupational Therapist; Child/Special Educator Individual sessions with a professional for assessment/ programming / therapy etc.NB: These are in addition to the above package $150 / Session
Behavioural; Developmental/Social Learning; Therapy-based; Family-based SEIP at SEIP Speech Pathologist; Occupational Therapist; Child/Special Educator Discharge package. Includes a written report and package of information relating to your child’s individualised program. Also referral support on discharge to access other services as needed. $240 / Program

Please note that there may be cancellation and/or other fees associated with some services. For more information please contact the service provider as these are not covered by the early intervention funding under the Helping Children with Autism package.
