Local Answers Round Four - Strengthening Drought Affected Communities provided funding for projects in drought affected areas declared to be Exceptional Circumstances or areas that could demonstrate significant hardship from the drought.
The funding, announced in April 2007, was provided for new projects and for projects previously funded under the Stronger Families and Communities Strategy that demonstrated practical and tangible outcomes and met the guidelines and selection criteria.
