Review of the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 – Project Reference Group | Australian Government Department Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs

A Project Reference Group (PRG) has been established to provide guidance and advice to the Office for Women about the review.

Members of the PRG include high level representatives from the ACTU, the LHMU, the Australian Industry Group and the Business Council of Australia. Expert individuals Professor Mark Wooden, Associate Professor Marian Baird, Ann Sherry, Catherine Harris AO, Susan Halliday and Dr Alex Birrell are also part of the group.

The PRG first convened in August 2009 and will continue to meet during the course of the review.
