Personal Helpers and Mentors - Round 3 Selection Process - Announcement
On 25 February 2009 Minister Macklin announced the successful service providers to deliver Personal Helpers and Mentors in 79 Round 3 sites across Australia.
Extension of contract period
The contract period has been extended to provide further time for service providers to establish and operate a service. The end date will now be 30 June 2011 instead of 30 June 2010. The total funding for round 3 has been increased from $71.6 million to approximately $99.8 million due to the extension in the funding agreement period.Funding to metropolitan sites has been increased from $864,866 to $1,210,800 and non-metropolitans sites from $957,066 to $1,339,890.
