The Office of Indigenous Policy Coordination (OIPC) within FaHCSIA commissioned Urbis to conduct this review of the first phase of the Petrol Sniffing Strategy.
The review is primarily concerned with the period July 2006 to December 2007 and focuses in particular on the Northern Territory.
