The 1997 Case Management Resource Kit was developed by Leslie Gevers Community Management Services to provide SAAP agencies with assistance and guidance in developing a case management approach to delivering services to clients. Case Management is a process of working with clients that focusses on their needs and goals and the development of strategies to assist the achievement of these goals. The kit provides examples from a range of SAAP service delivery types.
