Government Response to the Report on the inquiry into homelessness legislation

This paper is the Government’s response to the recommendations of the Housing the Homeless report of the former House Standing Committee on Family, Community, Housing and Youth, which inquired into homelessness legislation.  The response was tabled in the Parliament on 20 June 2012 and will be followed by the introduction of new homelessness legislation later in 2012.
