The purpose of this document is to report on activities under the West Australia’s National Partnership Agreement on Homelessness (NPAH) Implementation Plan during the 2010-11 financial year. The 2010-2011 Annual Report details the progress of initiatives, achievements and performance measures endorsed in the West Australia’s Implementation Plan.
The NPAH funding has been critical in providing the opportunity to leverage reform in the existing homelessness service system in Western Australia. Improving service integration is a key principle underpinning all NPAH activities in Western Australia. Significant effort has been invested in strengthening and developing relationships between specialist homelessness services and mainstream services, in order to ensure people are able to access the most appropriate services to sustain their housing long term.
