I am happy to work within a quality frame work but would not like that frame work to cost dollars off direct service input. Therefore I would not want a system of accreditation that would cost organisations to employ people to work for this process rather than the clients who can benefit most.
No matter how much governments put into the sector it is never enough. I struggle year after year on funding at 1987 level with 3% increase every year for indexation! I would not like to have to spend some of those dollars on providing a paper trail to govt but would like to show outcomes that benefit the client.
