- Changes to the Family Law Act 1975 - Family Dispute Resolution. From 1 July 2008 all individuals applying to court for a parenting order will be required to attend family dispute resolution first.
- Snapshots of family relationships report. All Service Provider CEOs will shortly be receiving or have received a copy of the Snapshots of family relationships report compiled by the Australian Institute of Family Studies.
