New accreditation rules for family dispute resolution practitioners are being prepared by the Attorney-General's Department. They will be based on new standards of competency that have been developed for the family relationships sector. - More on the Family Law Reform evaluation
The evaluation includes surveys of families, judicial officers and lawyers, and family relationship service providers and their clients.
