Has your child had a health check?
- If no, payment of your end-of-financial- year Family Tax Benefit-Part A Supplement worth up to $726 may have already been withheld. To receive this payment, you need to ensure that your child has a health check and that you notify Centrelink that this has been completed.
- If yes, you need to notify Centrelink as soon as possible that your child completed a health check to receive the end-of-financial year Family Tax Benefit-Part A Supplement.
