Australian Government

The Parliamentary Secretary for Disabilities and Carers, Senator the Hon Jan McLucas, assists the Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs to administer the National Disability Advocacy Program (NDAP).

National Office

The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) has a 'Disability Advocacy and Access' section located in the National Office in Canberra to:

  • work with FaHCSIA's state and territory offices in the ongoing management of the NDAP
  • oversee the changes to the program

The Section Manager of the Disability Advocacy and Access Section is the point of contact for all matters relating to the NDAP.

Departmental State & Territory offices

For day-to-day issues relating to funding agreements and other program and operational matters, disability advocacy agencies should contact the NDAP Contract Manager in their local FaHCSIA State and Territory office.
