Itinerant Outreach Program - Grass Roots Solutions |

The project works in partnership with local services to provide support to families and communities. A mobile service operating from Coconut Grove holds sessions in Darwin and Palmerston Indigenous Town Camps (long grass camps) and engages with families and provides information and transport to facilitate access to services with an aim of empowering them to improve their lifestyle outcomes. |
