Instructions for downloading the electronic application form
These instructions are to assist you in saving a copy of your application form to your computer. Please read and follow the application form carefully to ensure successful completion.
- With your mouse, right-click (or opposite mouse click) on the following link:
Volunteer Grants 2013 Application Form PDF [1.4MB] - Select Save Target As … (or Save Link As…);
- Select Desktop (under Save in) and then click Save;
- Go to your Desktop;
- Double-click on the saved form OR right-click (or opposite mouse click) and select Open With > Adobe Reader.
Applicants must have Adobe Reader v7.0.5 or later to use the electronic Volunteer Grants 2013 PDF Application Form. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.com/downloads. Applicants using other PDF Reader software (e.g. Foxit) or who experience technical difficulties displaying or using the electronic PDF Application Form should call 1800 183 374 or email vg2013@fahcsia.gov.au.
The online electronic application form should not be printed as data may not be transposed onto the printed version and as a result the application may not be assessable.
Notice to all MAC and Windows 8 Users:
MAC or Windows 8 users are asked to contact the Volunteer Grants 2013 Hotline on 1800 183 374 to verify successful submission of their application. It is important to note that all applications successfully submitted should receive written confirmation by email from the Department.
