This is a restricted competitive selection process. Only organisations that were successful in the Expression of Interest (EOI) and invited by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (the Department) to progress to the ITA are eligible to apply.
Successful organisations in the EOI process were invited by the Department to submit an ITA to develop and establish a professional 24 hour National Online and 1800 Counselling Service for anyone in Australia who has experienced, or is at risk of, sexual assault and/or domestic and family violence.
The Application Pack issued by the Department outlines the selection process and the conditions of application lodgment that organisations must satisfy.

A question and answers facility about the National Online and 1800 Counselling Service will be updated as required. Questions will not be taken or responded to after Tuesday of the last week of the Application Period, or at any time during the assessment phase.
