Quality Strategy Toolkit

The Quality Strategy Toolkit is a resource for disability employment services who must demonstrate independent compliance against the Disability Services Standards as outlined in the Commonwealth Disability Services Act (1986). It replaces the Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Handbooks which were developed in the very early years of the Quality Strategy.
The Toolkit does not ensure compliance at audit but provides a series of tools, tips and ideas to assist service providers to improve service delivery to people with disability accessing disability employment services.

The Wage Assessment Tool Checklist has been developed using the Guide to Good Practice Wage Determination that underlies Standard 9. Its use is not mandatory and is intended to provide a guide for employment services and certification bodies regarding Key Performance Indicator 9.1 assessment.
