What Payments Eligible For

Eligible for SpB and LIC if the CJSV has been issued only for the purpose of assisting in the administration of criminal justice in relation to the offence of people trafficking, sexual servitude or deceptive recruiting. Customer service advisers at Centrelink to sight the criminal justice stay certificate, which will identify which CJSV holders are alleged victims of people trafficking, sexual servitude or deceptive recruiting.

 

Exempt from the SpB NARWP, Ministerial Determination made under the SSAct section 739A(6). Eligible for CrP if qualified for SpB.
