Usage

This definition applies to all payments.

 

Definition

'Qualification' refers to the criteria a customer must meet before payability can be considered.

Qualification criteria differ for all payments and are detailed in Part 3 of this Guide.

 

Chapter 2 of the Act details qualification for payment of pensions, benefits and allowances.
