Short Description: Family Relationship Advice Line - Info and Advice Component
The Advice Line provides assistance to families at all stages in their lives, which includes identifying callers’ needs, assessing risk, developing strategies to address identified needs, providing information and referrals, and facilitating caller access to appropriate services.

A questions and answers facility will be available on the FaHCSIA website. Answers to questions received during the Application Period will be posted by 5.00pm AEDT every Thursday. Questions must be received by 5.00pm AEDT each Tuesday for posting the following Thursday. The questions will not be attributed to the organisation/s seeking information.
Questions will not be taken or responded to after Tuesday 21 February 2012.
