The feature article reports on Wave One data release for Footprints in Time: the Longitudinal Study of Indigenous Children (LSIC) and discusses some preliminary findings. In 2008 the study included more than 900 babies aged approximately six to eighteen months and more than 700 children aged approximately three and a half years to four and a half years. The Wave One dataset is available from 20 October 2009.
