This line graph illustrates the growth in private collect cases (where monies are transferred directly between parents) and the decline in Agency Collect cases (where payments are collected and transferred by CSA) over the last ten years (1994–2004). The private collect rate is now 51.8 per cent signifying an increase in parental self-reliance and independence. The horizontal axis is the years, the vertical axis is percentage.
