The Strategy was released on Monday, 24 May 2010, by the Minister for Indigenous Affairs, Jenny Macklin, the Minister for Employment Participation, Senator Mark Arbib and the Deputy Prime Minister, Julia Gillard.
It is a framework for increasing the wellbeing of Indigenous Australians by supporting greater economic participation and self reliance.
The closing date for submissions is 1 November 2010.
