The former Minister for the Status of Women, the Hon Tanya Plibersek MP, launched the Women’s Budget Statement on 13 May 2010 at 12.30 at Parliament House. The Women’s Budget Statement analyses new Budget measures and presents achievements to date that will contribute to equality between women and men, or will address areas of social exclusion for women.
