A revamped
Commonwealth Property Disposals Policy was jointly announced by the Minister for Finance and Deregulation, the Hon Lindsay Tanner MP and the former Minister for Housing and the Status of Women, the Hon Tanya Plibersek MP on 25 February 2009, to facilitate the Commonwealth's commitment to increase the supply of housing, improve community amenity and assist in the creation of jobs.
