The purpose of the Indigenous Leadership Program is to assist you to become a strong leader by:

- Encouraging you to share a positive vision for Indigenous people
- Supporting you to gain knowledge and skills and unique experiences
- Empowering your personal leadership journey and supporting you to mentor upcoming leaders
- Providing you with the skills to help you reach your goals and aspirations and inspire and help those around you.
