The Australian Government has lodged its latest report to the United Nations on its implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. The Hon Tanya Plibersek, former Minister for the Status of Women launched the CEDAW report and an education pack - Women’s Human Rights, on 18 December 2008. The education pack is a partnership between the Office for Women and Australian Human Rights Commission.
