On 21 April 2008, the Hon Jenny Macklin MP, Minister for Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, announced 17 organisations were successful for funding to deliver the first round, second phase of the Mental Health National Respite Development Program, in a number of Home and Community Care (HACC) regions across Australia.
