On Monday 15 September, the Minister for Housing the Hon Tanya Plibersek MP announced the first round of Expressions of Interest for the Housing Affordability Fund (the Fund).
The Housing Affordability Fund will invest up to $512 million over five years to lower the cost of building new homes.
