From Hand Out to Hand Up was provided to the Australian Government. A final report will be provided to the Australian Government in late 2007.
The Cape York Institute for Policy and Leadership, established in 2004, is a public policy organisation championing reform of Indigenous economic and social policies. The Welfare Reform Project was funded by Australian Government in the 2006-07 Budget.
