The FaHCSIA People Strategy 2012-14 is FaHCSIA’s principal framework for the development and implementation of integrated workforce, leadership and people management strategies and practices.
The People Strategy recognises we value our people as our most valuable asset. Its strategies and practices will align to business processes, help ensure the right people are doing the right jobs in the right places at the right times, and that we get the best from our people. It will also provide the vehicle for us to more effectively invest in our people, and create a motivating work environment people want to be a part of.
The FaHCSIA People Strategy 2012-14 builds on the success of our previous FaHCSIA People Strategy – 2009-2010; Great People, Great Future.
