The High Court has ruled that the National School Chaplaincy Program is invalid. The National School Chaplaincy Program was the only program directly challenged. The Government will consider the Court’s reasons very closely in assessing further implications. All FaHCSIA programs will continue on a business as usual arrangement until further advised.
